Program Overview
Terra Star’s Reel Return Program allows customers to return reels in reusable condition and receive payment per component. This program supports efficient reuse, reduces waste, and helps maintain reliable reel availability for future projects.
Reels may be returned fully assembled or disassembled, provided they meet our reuse criteria.

Returnable components
Eligibility Requirements
Returned reels must be in reasonable condition for reuse and meet Terra Star’s reel management criteria.
Returnable Components:
Ready for use
Require only minor repair
- Assembled or disassembled
- Unaltered from original design
Non-Returnable Components:
Require major / structural repair
- Reels that cannot be repaired
Do not otherwise meet our team’s reuse standards
Non-returnable components must be picked up within 72 hours or they will be scrapped. The Terra Star team reserves the right to make final decisions about which reels are returnable.
