We are excited to announce immediate openings for Shift Operators on both day and night shifts. This role is pivotal, involving hands-on operation of all equipment on an extrusion line to ensure the production of high-quality, defect-free products.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

Monitor and adjust operating parameters to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Maintain vigilant quality control, verifying product dimensions and appearance.

Document production details and ensure all products are correctly marked.

Report any product defects or specification deviations promptly.

Assist in tooling changes and manage the setup and shutdown of production lines.

Package, stack, and bundle finished products to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

 

Experience as an operator in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is preferred.

Familiarity with extrusion equipment and processes is advantageous.

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid truck/forklift license.

Capable of operating hand and pneumatic tools.

Work Schedule

 

Both day (8 am to 8 pm) and night (8 pm to 8 am) shifts available.

Operates on a two-week rotating schedule:

Week 1: Four days on, three days off.

Week 2: Three days on, four days off.
