Meet Tiffine Stafford - Shipping Technician at Terra Star

Professional Background:

Before joining Terra Star, Tiffine spent five years in Quality Control at Undercover. When she applied for a QC position with us, Chris Holden saw something special and offered her an unexpected opportunity—to lead our Shipping Department.

Despite having little experience in shipping and receiving, Tiffine took the leap, embraced the challenge, and hasn’t looked back. Nearly two years later, she’s turned a job into a passion and is well on her way to building a career.

A Day in the Life

With coffee in hand, Tiffine kicks off her mornings pushing out shipments and collaborating with the sales team to help meet monthly goals. She credits much of her success to her “partner in crime,” Brooklynn Parker, who helps keep things running smoothly.

Life Outside Work

Tiffine’s work doesn’t stop when she clocks out. She’s also a full-time mom to a 4-year-old daughter and two boys, ages 6 and 8—with another little boy on the way! Her plate is full, but she wouldn’t trade it for the world.
